At The Kit Co, each box is thoughtfully curated and assembled with care to create a unique unboxing experience. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. This allows us to maintain the integrity of the curated selection process and ensure every kit remains a one-of-a-kind experience.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist you.
