Every Kit Co experience starts with a luxury draw.

Each kit includes a set number of wooden tokens placed inside our signature satin draw bag. Every token represents a surprise item that will be added to your kit.

Simply choose your kit tier, and we'll draw your tokens to create a one-of-a-kind curated experience just for you.

No two kits are exactly alike.

What are the wooden tokens?

Our wooden tokens are the heart of The Kit Co.

Each token represents a carefully selected item, such as self-care essentials, cozy comforts, beauty treats, accessories, or premium upgrades.

The excitement comes from never knowing exactly which treasures you'll receive until your tokens are drawn.

Can I choose my items?

The Kit Co is designed around the excitement of surprise and discovery.

While individual items cannot be selected, you may leave color preferences or special notes at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate requests when inventory allows, but specific items and colors cannot be guaranteed.

How many items will I receive?

The number of items depends on the kit tier you purchase.

Higher tiers include additional token draws and access to more premium item categories and upgrades.

Are all kits different?

Yes.

Because each kit is created through our token draw process, every box is uniquely curated. Even customers ordering the same tier may receive completely different combinations of items.

Can I watch my tokens being drawn?

Absolutely. Reveal videos are free.

Many of our kits are featured on social media, where we share token draws and reveal videos so you can experience the excitement of The Kit Co in action.

What if I receive an item I already own?

Because every kit is a surprise experience, duplicate items are possible over multiple purchases.

We regularly rotate inventory and introduce new products to keep each experience fresh and exciting.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personalized and surprise nature of our kits, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes.

Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
